Our business email is provided through Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited), which acts as our data processor under the Google Workspace data processing terms. Your enquiry contents, including your name, email address, subject, and message, therefore pass through and may be stored on Google's infrastructure, including servers in the United States. Such transfers are protected by the Data Privacy Framework between the EU and the United States and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses included in Google's data processing terms.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

• Contact enquiries are normally kept for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing service, agreement, legal claim, or accounting obligation.
